| BT RedCARE |
| RedCARE provides continuous line monitoring of your alarm system 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The system will detect if the telephone line is cut or if the alarm panel is unable to communicate, and inform the Alarm Centre in seconds. RedCARE uses existing BT speech lines and doesn’t generate any call charges. |
| Dualcom Plus Advanced System |
| Deploys a Digital Communicator and a Vodaphone data signal to ensure high security two-way communication with a Central Monitoring Station. In the event of a line cut it enables alarm systems to be monitored by the radio path. |
| BT RedCARE GSM Advanced System |
| Like the Dualcom Advanced System, the BT RedCARE GSM Advanced System also offers the highest level protection for high-risk sites. RedCARE GSM combines a secure RedCARE landline connection with a GSM radio backup path. In the event of a line cut it enables alarm systems to be monitored by the radio path. |
| Wireless Alarm Systems |
Radio-based security systems (VHF 433 MHz) provide a reliable alternative to wired systems, particularly in situations where the latter would be difficult to install:
Grade 1: Unsupervised signal transmission used for Audible and Friends and Family type systems.
Grade 2: Supervised signal to achieve Police response using one of the connection methods mentioned.
